Well it's the same way with our bodies. Our body gives us those same warning signs. If you knew a heart attack was coming, you would take the steps to stop it wouldn't you?
Are you ignoring the warning signs that you are anxious, stressed - maybe depressed? Once our bodies learn a pattern of handling the stress it often readjusts with more signs that something needs to be done.
Are you overwhelmed & stressed out? Are you missing the signs??
Some of the signs might be:
Tired all the time
Not Sleeping
Waking up in the middle of the night
Panic Attacks
Gaining weight from soothing with food
Not laughing / loss sense of humor
Getting Sick Often
Irritable
Sad
No Patience
I know how hard change can be. I have been there, but my life was transformed very quickly. It's not too hard, it just takes commitment. You can start today - make a promise to yourself that you want to life a long happy life. You owe it to yourself.
If you need a friend to walk along side you, here I am. I have been through that dark tunnel, and have arrived out in the sun on the other side. It always helps to know that someone has felt just like you.
