How are you feeling?

How are you feeling? Are you taking care of yourself?

My weekend has been very busy. Patrice (Hatch into Health) and I attended a health seminar this weekend. We locked the world out Friday Night and made plans for The Hatched Egg - we have lots of great things coming to help you.

We learned lots of great things this weekend that will improve your health.

Here are a few things to try:

Drink a cup of hot water with 1/4 lemon and 2 pinches of cayenne pepper first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It's suppose to be really great for you.

Rub Epsom salt with a warm washcloth in the shower for a great exfoliate.

Use a dry brush or loofa to massage your entire body before getting into the shower. Use a circular motion and and work toward the heart. Then shower or bathe - facilitated circulation & elimination of toxins through the skin.

Jump on a mini tramp for 3-5 minutes at a time. Sakes up your body & great for stimulating your lymph drainage system & moves toxins out.

Try "hydrotherapy" in the shower by alternating hot & cold water. It's suppose to be very invigorating.

Sounds like some great ideas. I am going to try them all this week. Let me know how they work for you.
