All or Nothing

This weekend on our weekly radio program, one of our Peeps made a great point. She has started with babysteps, but has not mastered her eating so she hasn't moved on. Her point was, she is kind of an all or nothing girl. She is a girl after my own heart. That all or nothing probably helped increase my anxiety by trying to run myself ragged. But might have helped heal me, I like to jump in with both feet.

For me the all or nothing principal works. Truthfully, if you use the daily healing journal & the yahoo reminders it will really help keep you on track. The healing journal is available pre-printed in the egg store or as a free download in the egg printables.

You can also print out the Steps to Freedom - either take one step at a time or make a over-haul of your life and do it all together. It's a big life change, and it won't all be better overnight. Be prepared to be patient. I am always here if you have any questions or need any help.

Find out what method works best for you, babysteps or the All or Nothing Method. Actually, I like to call it the Total Package, "Nothing" was not an option for me...I wanted to break free. Do you? Are you ready to commit?

Keep me posted on how you are feeling.

Wishing you peaceful thoughts today,
Amy

Thanks for sharing this perspective, that "all or nothing" is also a viable option. I was literally one of those "run before you can walk" babies, and that attitude has remained with me into adulthood. Often I feel like I ought to be trying to take things a babystep at a time when in reality, I tend to get better results when I jump into something with full force.

Thanks for voicing an alternative path. :)

Great point. I really think for many of us, surrounding ourselves completely really helps it stick.

Please feel free to drop me an email if there is anything I can do.

Wishing you all the best,
Amy :)
