As we continue finding time to relax, I thought I would "Google" How to relax. I found some interesting answers. So if you don't have big plans tonight maybe you can pick one to relax.
1. Laugh - Watch a Funny Movie
2. Have a Spa Night - peek in that medicine cabinet and take out all of your beauty treatments. Maybe soak in a candle lit tub.
3. Meditate - Have quiet time or read a devotional
4. Get Rid of the Clutter
5. Music - Put on a favorite CD and dance around the house. This might cause you to laugh too. :)
6. Enjoy a cup of herbal tea and a good book
7. Breathe Deeply
8. Go for a Walk
9. Work on your Gratitude Journal
10. Call a friend and have a great chat.
One I found was "Call your mother", I guess that could depend. :)
As for me, I am off for a Date Night with my husband. I hope you all have a relaxing Saturday Night. Treat yourself special.
