"B" Good to Yourself

In continuing with our look at important supplements this week, tonight's focus is on the B Vitamin. Vitamin B complex is a group of vitamins that includes thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B-6, folate, B-12, pantothenic acid, biotin and choline. Essential for mood, energy, support for the nervous and immune system. Other benefits include better skin, hair and healthier eyes.

Did you know that stress, birth control pills, alcohol, caffeine, and sleeping medications quickly deplete vitamin B in the body? It is very hard to have too much vitamin B. Taking several times a day may be a benefit for you. I take twice a day.

Two things to remember, first taking on an empty stomach can make you nauseous. Second, it will give you energy - don't take at night unless you want to party all night.

Make sure this one is in your daily arsenal.

Wishing you peaceful thoughts today,
Amy
