Get Movin'

Have physical issues?
Feel like you can't jog, walk or run?

No worries, there are lots of activities to get that body moving! The more you move, the more you will get those stress busters moving in the right direction.

Here are some great ideas to get moving:

· Use a low impact DVD (My daughter and I have fun using the Yoga Booty Series at beachbody.com)

· Download free Yoga MP3s at www.yogadownloads.com


· Check out resistance bands. Looks like giant rubber bands. They are great & travel well.


· Put on your favorite music and boogie

· Play with the kids

· Learn about strength training - I use the TNT Diet Workout. It's a little advanced, but you don't have to add cadio and the results are huge!

All great reasons to get moving!
