Help! I don't know where to start!

So you have had enough! You have looked through our site and you are ready to jump in, but what do you tackle first?

I know it can all seem overwhelming. If you are like most of us you have tried other systems or meds to find relief. First thing is to have hope and be positive that this time you are going to see real results. Now it's time to throw out all the excuses - this doesn't cost a dime to try & we can all fit it into our day. So there you go NO excuses!

Grab a binder and head to the
Egg Printables section. You will want to print the contract, steps to freedom, workout log, and a few copies of The Daily Healing Journal. Want to save ink & paper? We have a great deal on bound copies in the Egg Store.

The steps are not hard, and really if you follow the healing journal you are on track. It does all of the thinking for you. We want to heal your body & make sure it has all the nutrients needed to support your brain.

We will gently work on changing the habits of the brain along the way. It's won't heal if you are trashing your body. This is an entire body healing process.

Make sure to start with:

Drinking lots of water

Getting in some Exercise

Look into supplements

Working on better nutrition choices

Finding time to relax (Meditation, Breathing Exercises)

Start Journaling your feelings - Write down the bad ones to help you not obsess on them & write down 5-10 things a day you are grateful for.
