Feel like you can't jog, walk or run?
No worries, there are lots of activities to get that body moving! The more you move, the more you will get those stress busters moving in the right direction.
Here are some great ideas to get moving:
· Use a low impact DVD (My daughter and I have fun using the Yoga Booty Series)

· Put on your favorite music and boogie
· Play with the kids
· Try the Free No Excuses 6 minute Workout
· Learn about strength training - I use the TNT Diet Workout. It's a little advanced, but you don't have to add cadio and the results are huge!

My back really hurt after about 10 minutes of walking. I have been taking little walks and now my back doesn't start hurting until about 20 minutes. Moving our body really does good.
