March Challenge - Sugar Free!

Are you addicted?
Constantly looking for your next sugary treat?

Did you know that sugar can:

·Vitamins and minerals can be stolen in attempt to process the sugar, depletion of your B Vitamins.

· Cause Weight Gain

· Give You Fluctuating Blood Sugar

· Increase Mood Changes

· Increase Nervousness

· Increase Loss of Concentration

· Increase PMS

· Suppress the Immune System

· Increase Anxiety & Depression Symptoms

·Make you more prone to panic attacks & increase them if you are already suffering

Ready to give it up yet, or at least cut down?

For March we are going to start the Great Sugar Free Challenge. Don't get freaked out just yet. You know your limits, but I would love for you to go 30 days without sugary drinks or sweets. Test yourself!

With that said, you know I am not a big fan of Artificial Sweeteners. I have been tinkering around with the new products on the market. Stevia is getting great reports and my local grocery store has started selling PureVia. It is all natural stevia & packaged in small to-go packets. I have used it in coffee and tea, I think it tastes great & not too expensive. It is great for diabetics too! Here is the website if you would like to check it out http://www.purevia.com/

I have found that the sugar withdrawals last about 3 days. Fruit is a great replacement. The fiber in the fruit balances out all the sugar - just don't overdo it. Make sure you note your eating habits in your Daily Healing Journal. Over the month you will really notice a change in how you are feeling.

Need to be held accountable? Make sure you are signed up for our Spark Team. I enter my food every night - during the day I keep track of it in my Daily Healing journal. If you would rather not use your ink, we have them available in the Egg Store or you can download the free PDF here.

** If you want that piece of cake, eat it! This is all a new habit of letting go of the sugar & learning not to depend on it. Moderation is the key. A few bites - not the whole pie :)
Have any questions or need support? I am always available to you - amy@thehatchedegg.com

Wishing you all the best,
Amy

- I have started early - it's day 2 for me.

Another site to check out for stevia is iHerb.com - they've got a supply of NuNaturals brand stevia at good prices.

Use my promo code BER915 and you'll get $5.00 off your first order.

I love iHerb.com their prices are so cheap! I also shop at vita-cost.net. Did you know NuNaturals stevia has maltodextrin in it. Diabetics want to stay away from that. I really like SweetLeaf Sweetener SteviaPlus (plus means it's mixed with inulin fiber) 1 gram of fiber per packet.
