Do You Have a Relaxation Place?

Next month we are going to focus on relaxing. The holidays are quickly approaching, and if your life is anything like mine it will be stressful.

First thing I want to put in your mind is to find a place where you can relax. It might be a favorite chair, a bench on the porch, or a quiet area. It should be a place where you won't be interrupted, and you can be alone to practice your deep breathing and vizualization.

I have decided where my new place will be. We have a small area in our back yard that is hidden on the side of the house. For years it has been a catch all. I have decided to make that my relaxation garden. It's going to be all about me. I am planning beautiful plants and a nice chair. It's small, cozy and quiet. Great thing is it's affordable on a budget, just a little bit of elbow grease that's all. I can't wait to show you how it turns out.

Where can you go to unplug and get away? Next week we will start trying to relax for at least 10 minutes a day for 1 month. So start thinking.

Wishing you peaceful thoughts today,
Amy
