Wake Up With A Smile!
Each morning when you wake up do you smile and think about how great the day will be, or dread everything ahead of you.
It's really amazing how much better you can handle the day if you wake up thankful for the new day & optimistic for the day's challenges.
Tomorrow morning open your eyes and say "Thank You". As you get dressed for the day try to smile just a little bit, even if you don't feel like it. It can make a huge difference.
